The vast majority of today’s jobs require a Year 12 or higher qualification, and employers are looking for people who are flexible, adaptable and willing to learn new things.
It’s no longer an option to finish school at the end of Year 10, so continue your education by getting your Tasmanian Certificate of Education (TCE), a school-based apprenticeship, or a vocational qualification (VET Certificate).
Check out the 2014 Your Guide to Further and Education and Training in Years 11 and 12 to see the many courses and programs available for your Year 11 and 12 studies in 2013.
