ACE ConferenceAn initiative of Tasmania: A State of Learning, the 2004, 2005 and 2006 adult and community education conferences have brought together Tasmania’s broad-ranging ACE sector to hear about developments in ACE, to share experiences and practices, and to further develop the direction of ACE in the state. 2006 ACE conference: Dare to be different – Innovations in ACEWednesday 15 November 2006, Sir Raymond Ferrall Centre, University of Tasmania, Launceston With a focus on innovation, the 2006 conference brought together over 100 trainers, teachers, tutors, coaches, mentors, leaders, coordinators and administrators, as well as public sector policy makers and academics with an interest in adult and community education.
