Implementing the Tasmanian Curriculum
Schools in consultation with their communities are best placed to make decisions about the personal learning program of each student and determine appropriate timelines for implementing the Tasmanian Curriculum from 2008. Information about assessment and reporting requirements for the curriculum is available.
New resources are being progressively added to the Curriculum Centre - the Department of Education’s online resource for teachers.
These resources include access to all syllabus documents and support materials, curriculum overviews, search functions, teacher workspaces, implementation advice, contact details and assessment and reporting information.
The Curriculum Centre incorporates new resources designed for the Tasmanian Curriculum and relevant materials from the LTAG (Learning, Teaching and Assessment Guide) and the Teachers’ eCentre.
Curriculum implementation guides
Department of Education teachers only may search the Curriculum Centre.
