Forth Primary SchoolBackgroundForth Primary School has a population of 177 students, a staffing allocation of 9.4 teachers, 4 Teacher Assistants (TAs) and 7 classes - Prep. to Grade 6 and a Kindergarten. This is a story is about a small school looking for ways to creatively use their human resources to maximise opportunities for student engagement with learning, in particular for students with a disability. The project was undertaken by the principal, year 5 / 6 teachers, the teacher of Indonesian and the Teacher Assistants (TAs). The collaborative approach was suggested and originally led by the school principal. Her role included:
