As reported in the Community Updates, the taskforce has consulted members of the community through:

• a Public Consultation Workshop, held at The Hilltop Granton on 20 February 2008 (participants included a number of students)  - download flyer [Word 31 KB]. See the link to the report below.
• focus groups with members of the community selected at random
• a focus group with teachers selected at random
• a survey of parents of last year's grade 6 students
• a Grade 10 class project gathering the views of students across the area
  
• local councils presenting their views to the Taskforce

Each Community Update has invited people to ask questions or make a comment.

The Report on the focus groups and public workshop [Word 231K], prepared by independent consultant Janine Combes, is now available. This report was among material considered by the Taskforce in preparing its report for the Minister.
