Applications are now open for new Members, to receive new resources and an invitation to an orientation session in Term 2, 2009. Forms have been posted to each school and are available on this website.
To become a Member, complete a Member Application Form and receive a Member Certificate and Starter Pack. Your Member Certificate shows your school?s commitment to healthy eating and physical activity. It can be used to introduce Move Well Eat Well to your school community. It can also be used to track your progress to becoming an Award School.
The Member School Starter Pack contains ideas and activities to assist you work towards achieving the Award.
Remember - sustainable change - takes time. There are no time restrictions on Members to meeting all the criteria and then applying to be an Award school.
To become an Award School you are required to meet seven Award criteria.
Progress stickers for each are included with the Member certificate.
As you meet each of the Award criteria, just add the relevant progress sticker to your Member certificate.
Refer to the Membership application form to help you determine if you have met the requirements of each Award criteria.
Once you have met all of the Award criteria and added the seven progress stickers to your Member certificate, submit your Award Application Form.

Successful applicants will receive an Award certificate and can display a Move Well Eat Well outdoor sign.
To ensure sustainability and the integrity of the Award Program, a review is undertaken every two years for Member and Award Schools.
