Anti-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment Policy Support Materials

This material will be made available on the departmental website which will permit occasional updating and addition of material and resources to reflect changes of focus and the emergence of new knowledge understandings and pedagogy.

There is an imbalance in quantities of information in the different sections. This reflects the needs expressed by the contributors to the document and potential users. Some areas dealt with have been the subject of considerable departmental activity over a number of years, the result is that there is a significant amount of support material of good quality extant in schools and colleges. Professional development has supported the implementation of this material. Other areas have emerged as issues more recently or for various reasons have never been well resourced in the past. To address this more weight has been given these areas in this publication.
