Working with the project

  1. Talk to your Regional Project Officer about the process.
  2. Put together your Whole School Drug Strategy Team.
  3. Conduct a needs analysis of your school community in relation to drug issues and incidents within the guidelines of the NSDES Project as well as reviewing student wellbeing.
  4. Plan your school community's responses.
  5. Seek financial support through the Project to action your Whole School Drug Strategy. This is best done in consultation with your Regional Project Officer.
  6. Implement your action plan with the support of the Project.
