The winners will travel to Turkey, Belgium and France for approximately 12 nights (incorporating Anzac Day 2007), pending appropriate travel warning clearances, to visit landmarks of war time through structured tours.

The winners will be accompanied by the Premier or his delegate and advisor, a tour manager, three RSL representatives, and supervised by two teachers.

The State Government will meet the cost of travel, transfers, accommodation and meals for each winner and the chaperones, plus the cost of issuing passports and visas, health and travel insurance, baggage and a daily allowance for emergencies.

Andrew Jones Travel will be responsible for organising travel for the Prize and coordinating the itinerary. The Project Officer will be responsible for liaising with Andrew Jones Travel and those people travelling.
