Simple, quick, easy government services for anyone, anywhere and anytime on any device.
The Tasmanian Government is committed to finding ways to deliver better services for all Tasmanians and is looking at how digital technology can be used to meet the needs of a more mobile, connected society.
You are invited to take part in a short 5 minute survey to help us identify opportunities to:
- deliver better, more accessible, streamlined and cost-effective ways for individuals, clients and businesses to interact with government and access government services; and
- increase the ease of use, user experience and overall client satisfaction with using a better range of digital services delivered by or through the Tasmanian Government.
The intention is not to replace traditional service channels such as in-person customer service, but instead, offer more options and greater flexibility for you to apply for licenses, renew your registration or make an appointment.
The survey will be open till the end of April and is anonymous.
