Applications are now open for the Tasmanian State Service Graduate Development Program, TasGraD.

TasGraD provides a comprehensive training program and enables graduates to make meaningful contributions to projects and programs that directly support community growth, wellbeing and success. DoE is a key agency participating in TasGraD recruitment with a range of roles for individuals who are keen to make a difference to all Tasmanian learners; regardless of their age, background or where they live.

DoE is one of the State Services’ largest and most diverse Departments, delivering services to learners at all stages of life. In 2019, our Graduates are undertaking challenging work in the areas of policy analysis and development, human resources, financial management, marketing and communications, facilities management and information technology (just to name a few areas)! In 2020, we seek graduates in the areas of policy analysis and development and information technology.

In 2020 via the TasGraD Program, DoE offers 4 Graduate roles, 2 of which have been identified for Graduates with a defined disability.
