Employees are encouraged to:
- Undertake their duties in accordance with the DoE Conduct and Behaviour Standards requirements and report any incidents of violence against women in the workplace to their Principal/Manager;
- Support and contribute to DoE’s aim of providing a safe workplace for all employees, including challenging inappropriate behaviour and reporting discrimination, harassment bullying or sexist behaviour;
- Undertake the Recognise, Respond, Refer training for staff;
- Support fellow employees in their awareness of the White Ribbon Workplace Accreditation Program requirements.
