Winnaleah District High School is in North East Tasmania. The school is amongst rolling hills and farmland. Ten minutes away is Derby, the home to world class mountain biking trails. Winnaleah District High School provides an education program for students from Birth to Year 10. A Year 11/12 program is also offered in partnership with Scottsdale High School. Students learn key subjects. All students receive specialist lessons, including:
- Food and Fibre Production, and
- The Arts.
Secondary students also receive optional subjects in a range of areas including:
- Design
- Digital Technology
- The Arts, and
- Science.
