- Supporting employees in your workplace
- Ensure behaviours and practices within your workplace/school are consistent with the Family Violence and Violence Against Women Policy
- Undertake Manager/Supervisor training
- Raise staff awareness of family violence and violence against women
- Recognise, Respond and support employees who disclose family violence as either a victim or a perpetrator
- Work with the Regional White Ribbon Project Officer in your region to implement a risk assessment for your workplace.
