Your role:

  • Supporting employees in your workplace
  • Ensure behaviours and practices within your workplace/school are consistent with the Family Violence and Violence Against Women Policy
  • Undertake Manager/Supervisor training
  • Raise staff awareness of family violence and violence against women
  • Recognise, Respond and support employees who disclose family violence as either a victim or a perpetrator
  • Work with the Regional White Ribbon Project Officer in your region to implement a risk assessment for your workplace.
