The Educational Adjustments disability funding model provides needs-based support for students with disability to access, participate and engage in quality educational programs.

Educational Adjustments for your Child

The Educational Adjustments funding model provides resources into the School’s Resource Package based on student’s individual needs. Teachers make adjustments to the teaching and learning program to enable all students to access, participate and engage in education.

Educational adjustments may be made across any of the following four areas:

  • Teaching and Learning
  • Access
  • Communication
  • Health and Personal Safety/Care.

Your school will consult with you regarding the educational adjustments being made for your child.

These educational adjustments will be documented in your child’s learning plan.
